Monk Education offers a variety of free and paid products. For free products, there is no return or refund policy. However, we offer a limited return and refund policy for paid products.
Return Policy
You may return a paid product within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened and without accessing any content.
Refund Policy
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return application. The refund will be credited to the original payment method/ Bank account. (It may be done manually)
Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for a return or refund:
Digital products: Digital products, such as ebooks, and courses, are not eligible for a return or refund. Once you have purchased a digital product, it is yours to keep.
Products that have been used: Products that have been used are not eligible for a return or refund.
